Reditux 500mg Injection is used in the treatment of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), rheumatoid arthritis, blood cancer (chronic lymphocytic leukemia), granulomatosis with polyangiitis and microscopic polyangiitis.

Reditux 500mg Injection is given as an injection under the supervision of doctor. You must take it in a dose as advised by the doctor. Zobone 4mg contains the active substance Zoledronic Acid. It belongs to the group of substances called bisphosphonates. It is used to reduce the amount of calcium in the blood in adult patients where it is too high due to the presence of a tumor. Tumors can accelerate normal bone change in such a way that the release of calcium from bone is increased. This condition is known as tumor-induced hypercalcemia (TIH). It is also used to prevent bone complications in adult patients with multiple myeloma and bone metastases from solid tumors (spread of cancer from the primary site to the bone), in addition to standard cancer therapy.   

Zobone 4mg is also indicated to prevent or treat osteoporosis (a condition in which the bones become thin and weak and break easily) in women who have undergone menopause. It is also used to treat osteoporosis in men. It is used to treat Paget’s disease of bone (a condition in which the bones are soft and weak and may be deformed, painful, or easily broken). Other uses include treating or preventing osteoporosis in men and women taking glucocorticoids (a corticosteroid medication that may cause osteoporosis). 

Do not take this injection if you are allergic to zoledronic acid, another bisphosphonate, or any other ingredients of this medicine and if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Before initiating the treatment, inform your physician if you have kidney or liver problems, bone diseases, pain, swelling, or jaw numbness. This medicine is not recommended for use in adolescents and children below the age of 18 years. Zobone 4mg is not cancer chemotherapy and will not slow or stop the spread of cancer. However, it can be used to treat bone diseases in patients with cancer.

Therapeutic Effects of Zobone 4mg Injection

Zobone 4mg primarily inhibits bone resorption. It works by slowing bone breakdown, increasing bone density (thickness), and decreasing the amount of calcium released from the bones into the blood. 

Inform your healthcare provider about all the medicines you take, including prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, nutritional and vitamin supplements, and herbal products. Certain medications like aminoglycosides, loop diuretics, and nephrotoxic drugs may interact with zoledronic and reduce its effectiveness by causing undesirable side effects. 

• Store Zobone 4mg at room temperature (20°C to 25°C)
• keep the injection away from the reach of children and pets.
• If you have missed any dosing appointments, inform your doctor and schedule immediately.

It should only be administered by a trained doctor or nurse. It will be given as a drip (infusion) into your vein. Your doctor will decide the dose and duration of the treatment based on your disease severity and other factors. Do not self-administer the medication. 

Hepbest 25mg Tablet is an antiviral medication containing the active constituent Tenofovir alafenamide. It is used to treat chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection. Hepatitis B is an infection affecting the liver caused by the hepatitis B virus. Discuss with your doctor about the precautions needed to avoid infecting others. Tell your doctor if you have or have ever had kidney diseases, liver diseases, or HIV before taking Hepbest 25mg Tablet. Administration of this medicine may lead to lactic acidosis (accumulation of excessive acid) and hepatomegaly (enlarged liver). 

It is not recommended for patients weighing less than 35 kg. This medicine contains lactose. Contact your doctor if you are intolerant to sugars before taking medicine. Tell your doctor if you are breastfeeding or pregnant before taking Hepbest 25mg Tablet. Do not stop taking this medicine without your doctor’s advice, as it may worsen the condition. The safety and efficacy of this medication in pediatric patients may differ from those in adults. Dosage adjustments and careful monitoring may be necessary for children and the elderly.

Capetero 500mg Tablet contains the active ingredient Capecitabine. It belongs to the category of medicines known as antimetabolites. This medication is used in combination with other anticancer drugs for the treatment of Metastatic colorectal cancer and breast cancer. Cancer is a disease in which cells multiply in an abnormal and uncontrolled manner. It is also used for the prevention of new occurrences of cancer in the colon after the complete removal of the tumor by surgery. 

The common side effects that are likely to occur with this medicine are loss of appetite, headache, runny nose, fever, hair loss, and dry mouth. During the treatment, your doctor may periodically monitor your complete blood counts, prothrombin time, INR, to prevent serious complications. Report to your doctor if you have been diagnosed with stomach ulcers, cataract, lung disease, problems in your heart, liver, skin, kidneys. Tell your physician before you undergo eye surgery or dental procedures.  Inform your doctor if you have experienced any allergic or unusual reactions after taking this tablet. This medicine can cause fertility issues, inform your doctor about any fertility concerns you may have before starting treatment with this medicine. 

Capetero 500mg Tablet is not recommended for children and adolescents. Before taking this medicine, ask for physician advice if you are intolerant to sugars as this chemotherapy medication contains lactose. This drug will not be given if you have low white blood cell or platelet count, chickenpox, shingles, or enzyme DPD deficiency (dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase). Take this medicine within thirty minutes after finishing a meal. This drug can cause fetal harm when administered to a pregnant woman.
